The Stonewall Brigade Band requests your financial support.  

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, so all donations are tax-deductible.

SILVER BATON (donations of $1,000 to $2,499.99 in a calendar year)--included on printed programs in large print, framed certificate for your home or office

CONDUCTOR'S CIRCLE (donations of $500 to $999.99 in a calendar year)--included on printed programs in medium print, framed certificate for your home or office

SOLOIST (donations of $100 to $499.99 in a calendar year)-- included on printed programs, Certificate

FIRST CHAIR (donations of $1 to $99.99 in a calendar year) receive a thank-you note from the band

Here are some opportunities:

• You can send a check for any amount to The Stonewall Brigade Band Inc., c/o Hannah Bush, 2120 Churchville Ave, Staunton VA 24401. 
• You may donate using your credit card or paypal using the button above.
• You may include the Stonewall Brigade Band in your will, either as a direct recipient or as the beneficiary of a charitable remainder trust.    Contact your financial advisor and/or attorney for information.
• You may make gifts of property, including appreciated stocks, bonds or other financial assets.  Contact your financial advisor for information.
• You or your business may sponsor a concert. Currently concert sponsorships start at $500 for a joint sponsorship.  Full sponsorships are $700.  In-kind donations are included.  Contact a band officer for further information and availability..
• You or your business may sponsor one of our small ensembles.  Contact a band officer for further information.
• Your civic organization may "adopt" the Stonewall Brigade Band as a project, such as helping raise funds, helping with equipment, publicity, etc..  Contact a band officer for further information.
• You may take advantage of matching gifts from your employer or by any foundation for which your are eligible for matching.
• Watch this page for future opportunities including the opportunity to make gifts online or by using a text message while at a concert.
• YOU MAY JOIN "FRIENDS OF THE BAND" AND HELP WITH STAGE SETUP, TRANSPORTATION, AND OTHER "ODD JOBS" AS WELL AS HELPING ORGANIZE OUR FUNDRAISERS AND ANNUAL FUND CAMPAIGN.

Please contact one of the band officers before making a gift of property so we may assist you in the gifting process. 

All gifts of property are subject to acceptance by the board of directors.

Concert sponsorships at $500 for a joint sponsorship and $700 for an exclusive sponsorship include your name or your company name in concert publicity including on our web site and in the newspaper (subject to newspaper acceptance).  In addition your sponsorship will be announced at the concert, and you may set up a display for your organization adjacent to the bandstand on concert night.  Your banner may be displayed at the concert also.
